In the coming weeks, we will have a substantial and more than usual amount of Current Owner Searches and this influx should continue for quite some time after. The exact number of Current Owner Searches in your coverage areas is still undetermined, however we do believe that the increase will be substantial for the Abstract Department and the Abstractors we work with.

With that said, I am writing you to request a reduced fee for Current Owner Searches.
