Appraisal Nation Title & Settlement Services is located in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. Our Corporate office is located in North Carolina. We just opened the Title & Settlement department this past December, in the Pittsburgh area. 

If we sent an order over to your company for a search, we have received your information, ie: W9, E&O and pricing. We would not have had your information if we did not.

Our payment schedule is set so all orders completed in May, will be paid the first of June, and so forth. 

If you have done work for us and have not received payment, please contact us directly.
