You need E&O insurance. In O&G work the E&O insurance is covered by your broker. O&G work is much more complicated than Mortgage/Title insurance work so most companies would love to have you. They just require you have E&O. There are links on this page to E&O companies. Remember you probably only want coverage for Mortgage work as coverage for O&G is ridiculously expensive. Then just post on this sites resume page & hit up some of the companies. Good Luck! I'm in the O&G game also. I understand the downturns every few year & the need to have a side income. Study requirements in your area for Commercial Work, TelCom, etc. The toughest part of the transition is this type of work is paid per title not per day. Again, Good Luck
