You mentioned that you can tell clients they will be charged a transaction fee for using the charge. Please check with the rules by VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. I remember a while ago they forbid you to charge an extra fee to use their cards. It was send as prejudice and pushed the client toward cash or checks.
