Tough one Cheryl... my review of the relevant statutes was by no means exhaustive, but I could not locate either a current or historic provision that limits the timeframe that clerks have to provide those copies.  There have been some historic changes to the statute as far as their indexing turnaround times, but that was all I turned up!
