Source of Title Forums: W-9 Part Deux

After sending the following:

Thank you for your email. I am not qualified to render a legal opinion on this, either, but in my experience with other clients, this has not been an issue.

I am resending the IRS Form W-9 as you requested. If and when the IRS fails or refuses to accept the attached form, I will be glad to provide one dated in 2016.

The IRS is not accepting this form, if you feel that that this is incorrect please feel free to contact the IRS directly.
