John---I am going to post here one last time because we are providing too much to do for Tom Pike :) You could have called us instead of posting like a child with the likes of TOM PIKE. However, not only did we have missed liens from you, but you also billed us for more than what your fee sheet allowed. Since this has been over several years your file has been closed and is off site but we do have it. I will not go through that file again unless we are in litigation and only then will we expand time to go through the file twice. You had called us and said it was OK for us to call it even and so we did and we resolved the liens and adjusted your bill to the proper amount. Now here years later we will not do anything more to appease you or your post in SOS. Post away! However I assure you we will assert counter claims if we get that far, and possibly claims if you don't stop your blatant defamation. We understand a person has to have damages in order to file a defamation claim and you'd better hope we don't encounter any. Other than that---we considered the matter over five years ago when you said to close the file. I hope you can find peace!
