The work is reviewed by people in another country who have no work experience in title work.  The company is not headquartered in the U.S. Much of the  work is outsourced. As someone who is an abstractor and an attorney, I am  often asked for information that is  not relevant or already provided. This is the inherent problem with a business model in the title industry  when  the work is outsourced for cheap labor and work is reviewed by a computer scorecard.
