Maybe it is just me - but I am of the opinion that when a "complaint" against a firm is lodged on this forum, and the same "complaint" is subsequently resolved...then the initial "complainer" should be fair and issue either a retraction of the complaint - or at least its resolution.  Steve - I had no where else to post this - it is not directed to you, as yours was a complimentary statement - and apparently one that the firm in question deserved!
