I've been in the business long enough to know that the majority of this group would undercut another abstractor if given the chance. Very cutthroat business and we all know that when we  decide to go this route. The ones that put the work in will ultimately prevail. Pretty simple just produce a good product and you'll be a successful title abstractor, as I have.
