 That is my point.  I think NALTEA, or another association, should offer not only a "certificate" of Title Examiner...but a Commercial designation, a Mineral Designation, a Division Order Designaiton, ROW, etc.  All for "Independents".  That way if you are working one angle of the industry your could train for another angle when the first turns cold.
