Unizol is a Title Search company based out of GA, we do use offshore to complete some searches but we also have on the ground abstractors is all 50 states as well. All of our searches and Title work comes back to GA for a quality check and then we send to our Customers. All of our Abstractors are paid in a timely manner, we have not had any issues with that.
