This is a bit off topic but I'm still a bit amazed that there are abstractors out there faxing work when scanners are so inexpensive and readily available. A scanned document is a permanent digital record of your work without having to keep stacks and stacks of paper copies and it's also easily reproduced any time someone asks about a prior search you've done; all you've got to do is pull it up on your computer. My scanner is an all-in-one that also is a fax machine but that's just so we can receive the occasional document from county clerks, recorders, etc. All of our work is and always has been scanned and emailed and I find it a far better method of transmitting and storing work.
