Re: "strike through and initial any parts"...... may not be much protection UNLESS the

other party (Company assigning work) also is willing to initial the strike through.. Any thoughts

Robert? Would the courts not rule it was not a valid contract unless both parties had agreed to the

changes (strike through)?
