Surprisingly yes. Some clients want the acknowledgment page(s), others do not. Some clients want copies of any and all riders to deeds of trust, others do not. Some just want the first page, the money page, and the legal description - this gets complicated when the courthouse requires a cover sheet for all documents as the cover sheet will have the instrument number on it, but is not actually the first page of the instrument. A few clients want the page that lists the address of the property in addition to the legal description.
There are lots of variations among clients as to exactly what "pertinent pages" can mean.
