I think the order forms from American Title Inc are very examiner friendly. We have no issues deciphering what it is you do or do not want/need.

Not much information on the form, if any, is irrelevant to the request. We do work for several companies who have pages of instructions that we must read through, some of which doesn't even to pertain to our end. That is not the case with your order forms.

I love that the fee is visible so our office knows what is already agreed upon.

 

Simple forms, simple instructions. I wouldn't change much of anything!
