First page provides information needed to begin search such as property owners name, address, County and even Tax ID/Parcel # when available. You might be surprised at how many VM's do not include the County to be searched.

Order number is clearly visible and easy to spot at top of page.

Second page serves as a checklist for abstractors to help insure we have searched for all information you require.

Please include phone number with other contact information so field abstractors can call if we have questions about the order.

Type of search:
Please include the type of search you need on the first page. ie Commercial, residential, 1-owner 2-owner, document retrieval etc.

Copy requirements:
While your copy requirements are clearly stated on the second page it might be helpful to include a synopsis of general copy requirements on the first page.
