I prefer to deal with companies that are upfront and honest about who they are and where they are located. In this case several companies approached me about doing this search. Tierra Title USA was the only one that was deceptive.

Maybe I'm old fashioned or maybe just old but I believe strongly that any business relationship should be based on mutual trust. This can't happen when one party hides in the shadows and refuses to identify themselves.
