Subsequent to the conversation with Tierra Title (above) we were approached by a national title insurance provider who sought the same search. This new client had no aversion to honesty and gave open and candid answers to our vetting questions.

The national title vendor who approached us is licensed to operate in Texas and all other states. They paid for the original order within days of completion and have continued to send us orders that average 21 days from order placement to payment.

We have forged a solid business relationship based on ethics and honesty that would never have been possible with Tierra Title or any vendor who will not be honest about who they are or where they are located.
