Eureka Title Services out of New York changed to Netix360 sometime in 2015. They moved locations to Texas. And then in March of this year, they changed their name, again, to Tierra Title.  We have been working with this company for over a year and they pay.  They are a vendor management company in which mostly sends cell tower search quotes along with current owners and full searches.  The communication on their end is a little broken (plus they tend to use "form" responses.) and the quotes drive us a little nuts because there are so many, so it's very time-consuming getting them.  But they pay...and on net 30. to post a reply: login - or - register
