I was contacted today by Tierra Title USA regarding an old file we completed for Netix360. They wanted me to update the file. After reading your post I also tried to ascertain what exactly was going on here and obtain any information I could for both corporations. I asked for them to provide me with a copy of their corporation papers that they filed with the state. After several emails and a phone call I was sent a W-9 as proof of incorporation which was not what I had asked for. I attempted to verify the EIN that was provided but the search came back as a no find.

Not sure what is going on here!
