Thanks Will, Jay and Kristi for your response. I received a call from "Sunny Day" the other night. I still don't know much about this company but I do know who they aren't after confronting Sunny.
I asked Sunny where he was calling from and he told me, "I calling from Texas, Mckinney"
I expressed disbelief and with nervous laughter he said," Yes, we have office in Texas, Mckinney"
I told him I didn't ask if they had an office in Texas, I asked where he was calling from. No response except the nervous laughter and a statement that we had not responded to his emails. We had, in fact responded to each except for the eight duplicate emails he sent at one-minute intervals that day. Each of the duplicate emails demanded an update on an order we had never agreed to do without pre-payment.
I asked know his real name and was met with nervous laughter followed by, "My name Sunny Day".
I told him I didn't want the name he had assumed, I wanted the name his momma had given him and I wanted to know his true location.
He responded with a barage of fast talking sentences that I couldn't understand interspersed again with annoying laughter.
I told him I couldn't understand him and that if we were to do business I would need him to properly identify himself and his business in an email along with proof of E&O. He told me he could do this but first he wanted my financial information and agreement I would start the order.
Again I told him that he had lied to me more than once about who he is and where he is located. I had received his call on my cell phone and it was late here. I asked what time is it where you are?
"Oh, I know it is late there, It is five till nine here", he said.
It was five till 8 throughout Texas at the time. I guess he had neglected to adjust his world clock for Daylight Savings Time.
I told him we would not enter into a business relationship with any company that refuses to honestly answer who they are.
