I understand how you feel Joyce. We saw some of the postings here--there have been many more postings since the time we began working with them as it was many months ago. We asked them about the postings, and they made it appear as though they had straightened it out. A common thread of all these posts is how nice and communicative Elaine Morgan at RealMetrix is, so we trusted her, and we learned a lesson. Now we are posting to warn others. We also do fully intend to get paid. And we are not in dire straights because of the amount they owe us. The amount of work we did for them is not very much compared to our total amount of work.
We did what we did, we learned from it, and now we are posting to warn others. It would be nice if we were acknowledged for warning others, as I think that would go further towards creating a safe environment for others to post about non-payment issues with any company in the future.
As far as the management of our company, we've been in business for over 13 years, even weathering the housing crisis that saw a lot of companies go by the boards, and we're doing great, expanding regularly--in fact, we send you work Joyce! :)
