Got this BIZARRE e-mail where they tell me "Accenture Operations Procurement BPO is now accepting online proposals for RFI-34784-Property Ownership Reports Data Project.  Your organization is invited to submit a proposal."  Gee, thanks....  Telling me WHERE this project takes place and what it is you want might actually help.  They are not U.S. based and list a whole plethora of countries. 

Finally, here's the note from their web page.  If someone could actually tell me what this means, I'd appreciate it.  (And here I thought it was lawyers who had the market cornered on saying a lot without saying anything....No offense, Robert!  You're the exception, not the rule):  "BravoAdvantage is the strategic procurement platform that enables organizations to generate more value, influence innovation and reduce risk. BravoAdvantage is powered by a unique supplier-centered approach integrating supplier lifetime value throughout the entire procurement process."

AH!  Never mind.  Just got another e-mail while I'm writing this that comes from CoreLogic.  Mystery solved (and no further comment made in this public forum.)
