Bonnie, you are absolutely correct. We cover the entire state of VT and our searchers are at the mercy of the town clerks at times. They might drive all the way to a township only to find that the clerk decided to go home early that day. Our people are great, it's the clerks that dictate when most of the work can be accomplished.
