I totally agree. I took many hours and years of training to know the title industry as I do, to have someone come in and underbid me and not get the title report correct. Also, watch out when you answer any of these emails from these companies, they know how to get into your emails and computers and view any information that has transpired. The Federal Government is looking into this matter, even with secured emails.
