I am somewhat shocked by this as I know they are a subsidiary of Black Knight Financial which is HUGE. 

I would call up their Vendor Manager and send them an email. Also, note: on my invoices I always put it clear as day at the bottom "DUE WITHIN 30 DAYS OR COULD BE SUBJECT TO PENALTY FEES", that usually helps too.
