Hi,

They are a start up company, but we had to decline their work, for failure of corporate registration with the state..  On March 24, 2016 Roger Kline said paper work should be finished shortly.. but we never heard from him again?  NOT that it is bad, but we can not extend credit to someone not legally incorporated..
