You have absolutely been incredibly patient with us, and particularly patient with me personally as I've struggled to get my hands around the problem. I really appreciate it.
As far as what I believe, or what I've posted - all I'm saying is that I am doing my best to get our problems fixed and accelerate our payments. I absolutely understand that we still owe money to you and others and that some abstractors have been patient with GDS for a long time. I do not in any way believe that the problem is solved or even that it is getting better fast enough. All I am saying is, I personally am 100% committed to solving the problem and I personally am doing absolutely everything I can to solve it. I am limited by the fact that I am not the owner of the company and I do not control the checkbook. But I am doing everything in my power to cut our costs, improve our profit margin, accelerate collections from our clients, and get payments out the door faster.
I know I haven't turned the ship around, and I know there's still a lot to be done. All I can do, personally, is sincerely apologize, and assure you that I will continue to do the best I can.
