Our attorneys did not arrive at a settlement.  I can still enter into litigation which I may.  You owed me 10,600, paid 4,000, and I paid my attorney 2,000.00.  That means I recouped only 2,000.00.   As far as I am concerned you still owe me over 6,000.  I signed off on NOTHING indicated in a settlement.  Why don't you get a payment plan for me?  Don't you want to settle your debts like a gentleman?  Is that a foreign concept to you?
