I hope I have more than "two working brain cells"....but unfortunately, I did put most all of my eggs in one basket back in 2010...and after making a very good income for several years from Title Source...I, along with multiple title researchers, along with their supervising attorneys, lost all of this work to a firm outside of Charlotte that undercut everybody.  The part about "most of of my eggs in one basket I will agree with you on - now THAT was pretty stupid on my part....so I have had to seek work where I can get it...LATE payment is better than NO income...funny thing, though---while attending a seminar (can't remember if 2012 or 2013) at said same undercutting law firm...a statement was made by the male attorney of same firm (what I could understand between his horrendous cursing!!!) and he started off by saying (regarding Title Source), (and I am paraphrasing here) that the "firm had made six million dollars...(and a split second pause during which I thought "well - why can't I be included!)..."in ERRORS"....I suppose these errors were caught "in-house" before the reports were sent....I guess they were.  

Anyway - thank you for replying...and I will just add that "desperate times call for "desperate measures!
