We've worked with a couple of companies in the past that had used a similar program and we had to pay a couple of bucks for searches.  However, they had told us to base our fees to include these charges, that we don't lose any money. It worked great and we had received a ton of work when the industry was boomin'.  However, we didn't get any notification from SBS or ISS regarding this new program.  When they do, I will do it.  But we will add these costs to our fees so we don't lose money.
