ROW, Right of Way - Electric Lines, Pipe Lines, etc.  Just a thought, the next "new" thing may be "Avigation easements".  Generally 500 feet and up are "Public" but below that a right or way or easement is needed.  If Commercial "Drones" take off the way Amazon would like, then you may need an "Avigation Easement"  or easement / ROW to fly through someones property.  Like I said, we need to be looking at the future.....
