That may be true in some areas, but where I search, the records are not all found on line.  This post comes from someone who knows nothing about title abstracting, and the intricacies involved in searching title.  It is not merely, get a copy of a document, and I am tired of companies making our job sound so easy, that we can be replaced by a title plant.
