You and I are definitely talking about a very touchy subject, that is for sure.

I for one am not ENTIRELY AGAINST off-shore companies.I  believe in global enterprise, or anything if it boosts my business(my top client is in Europe, my  certifying attorney is in NC). However, if it brings a risk of me and/or my company being subject to liability, litigation, or interferes with my operations, then I will avoid it at all costs.

I have in the past called out other Abstractors on here for being unprofessional in out right verbally attacking off-shore companies(such as Indian Vendors). But hey, we are all professionals...
