I have also raised my fees due to the price increases over COVID.  It became necessary since I hadn't raised fees since I started on my own in 2011. I have not had one single complaint.  Everyone of my clients realized the need and were supportive.  Know your worth and don't be afraid to let everyone know you do.  I'm close to retirement and this increase should get me through, so be confident in your ablities and charge accordingly.  I have also weeded my clients out to the ones that pay timely and gotten rid of anyone who I had to chase down for money.  I am fourtunate to have the ability to be choosy since I service a very rural area.
