This is the most bull crap I have ever read in my life. I just saw this today. We don't owe Dian Baker a penny. They missed so many liens we had to pay we of course didn't pay them. We had to pay the liens....If you cannot put out title work without missing liens then don't charge the people who have to pay them, that's the lesson here.
