They have gotten worse, and worse, and worse and worse as time has gone by. I've done work for them, off and on, for at least ten years now.
When the were acquired by the Black Night (SIC) then all became darkness there.
they've never had any loyalty to service contractors.
Their billing system is archaic and time consuming...
and now they claim they have the right to do back ground checks on us...
I told them- I don't need your work that much.
