We were recently contacted by this Mike Crain with Title Dynamics.  His email read, "Good Morning, we are looking for some good Kentucky vendors that cover either the entire state or individual counties. We have a client that we have worked for for many years and we are going to begin to get some of their KY work. The orders will be current owner searches and some doc requests statewide. If you could please let me know if you are still working in the title industry and if so, send me over some coverage and pricing info, that would be great. After trying to follow up with him several times, he has yet to respond.
