I've been searching Lexington (Fayette County) and surrounding counties for years, and I've never heard of him. He's not a regular searcher in the Courthouses. His website looks dubious.... 

 *Update: I checked the Secretary of State website: Their "office" according to the records is located at 3736 Wembley Lane, Lexington, KY 40515 (which is a residential home in a subdivision, the home is currently owned by J.D. McAlpin Group, Inc).  They might also be using the name Title Abstrax Services. Patti Tatum aka Patti McAlpin is the President and Director and Andrew (Drew) Fassas is the Incorporator of Robert Jones Abstract
