Source of Title Forums: Re: Kentucky Mountain Land Title

They have a history of not paying people. You can run a search on here and find lots of people complaining about them not paying their invoices going back numerous years. I wouldn't waste my time with them. If they are looking for a searcher, then they have probably been cut off by someone else. You'll just be the next victim.
