BEWARE Abstractors. Lenders Escrow & Title Services, Inc. have received services and in return has NOT paid for these services.  We have tried to communicate with Candace Broady.  She has not given us the common courtesy of communicating her payment plan.  Lenders have just ignored our every attempt to reach a solution.   We have provided quality service for this company since 2011.  I'm confident that the company is not out of business!  Please take note to be very careful when providing services for this non good faith paying company!!
