Without naming any company names, we are owed over $11,000 in overdue payments and while we were on a payment schedule so they could get caught up with us, they have started to miss payments so now we are looking at our options. Has anyone had success in collecting money by taking a client to court? Is it worth the legal fees? What kind of legal fees would we be looking at? Just trying to weigh all of our options.  Thanks!
