I have worked for Tierra & Sunny over the last year.  Mostly Cell searches.  They have always paid within roughly 30 days.  As someone mentioned they use a lot "form" responses but they do communicate and pay.  I personally have had no serious issues although as I said it is a recent relationship and only a few searches.  Hope this Helps
