Thanks for sharing this. We have had so many fraud/unethical companies lately it is insane. The latest was Giordano Abstract, BEWARE! They advised us they were requesting this search via Three Rivers Abstract both located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is the 3rd time we have been duped by a company out of Pittsburgh. We have stopped taking any work from anyone located in Pittsburgh, PA unless we have a history with them. It is sad it had to come to that.
