Since our clients are resellers such as banks, and we don't deliver the services to the actual beneficiary (homeowners), this constitutes a wholesale trade only. Therefore, it is considered not conducting business in NY State. We do pay NY state Worker's Comp insurance in NY State since our office bearers are located here. We don't have clients physically visiting the office.
I-NET is domiciled in OH, therefore we pay taxes in OH. We file IRS taxes as OH corp., and NY office as mailing address .
