I have found V4 to be quick to respond -- like within hours. I believe their issue may be that the entities physically sending out checks have changed twice in the past few months. Now, that isn't OUR problem -- it's theirs -- but they owe me only for June and July. When I wrote them today, they immediately responded and we are now "taking care of business." They actually paid more than I thought they did, once we figured out that the checks coming from different directions were for their orders.

Please post your experiences as soon as they respond. It is very difficult for overseas companies to recover from bad press and some of them are sincerely good folks to work with. I hope you are able to resolve the issues as easily as we did.
