Yes, but companies won't spend money for them. Or on-staff title searchers. Only a few use actual title examiners who are not data entry technicians.
Every search is now done in a vacuum. Most companies don't have access to their own back title. It's up to the independent searchers to keep master subdivision files. When this generation of title searchers retires, the new generation will have to run everything from scratch.
