Well said Randi. I always come across indexing errors weekly. Most the recorder's systems I work on have a way to put a note to them right in the computer about the incorrect indexing. They fix it and note the system of change. Or we write it down and give it to them to correct. Never had a problem with them it is what it is. As you said we are only as good as they are.
