We had the same software designed for us about 7 years ago. It's based off a microsoft access program. We actually marketed it at the NALTEA conference in Clearwater Beach, I just dated myself there. You could keep track of clients, new orders and updates. I think we sold it under the name Paradise Abstract Systems. Pretty basic software, but it works and we still use it today. Gives our clients a nice clean PDF with the copies and we import it right to our server for storage.
